（1）Registration
The participating teams log in to the official website of the contest (http://www.cnurpc.org) to register and complete the relevant information in a complete, accurate and true manner according to the requirements.
Registration time: July 1st - August 15th, 2018.
（2）Confirmation
After the registration deadline, the organizing committee will conduct a preliminary selection of the participating teams that have registered for registration according to the conditions of the participants.
Confirmation time: July 16th - August 15th, 2018.
（3）Project primaries
According to the actual situation of the registration team, the organizing committee will organize experts to pass the material review and recommend qualified qualified participants (not more than 50 participating teams) to the qualifying competition, and the qualification list will be announced on the official website of the competition.
The time of the primary election: July 25th - August 15th, 2018.
（4）Qualifications
The qualifiers will be organized by the organizing committee of the competition. They will be divided into on-site defense and indoor pool competitions. No more than 24 teams will be selected to enter the finals.
Qualifying place: Dalian City (Dalian Maritime University)
Qualification time: September 1st - September 2nd, 2018.
（5）Finals
The finals will be organized by the organizing committee of the competition. The video images will be transmitted in real-time and on-site judgment. The judges will determine the final ranking of the contestant.
Final venue: Zhangzidao, Changhai County, Dalian, China
Final time: September 4-7, 2018
